My 1989 735i front passenger door lock is messed up.

When I UNLOCK the doors, all the lock actuators work and unlock all doors.

But, when I LOCK the doors, all the lock actuators work except the front passenger door lock.

If the lock motor was broke, it shouldn't work at all, right?

I don't want to take the whole door apart when it might be something else. Any help?
