1: remove the radiator expansion tank from the bulkhead
2: behind it you'll see a panel about 24" wide and 6" high held in place by little 8mm bolts undo the bolts and remove the panel
3: behind that you'll see the blower motor shroud ...it splits along the visible join
4: remove that blower motor and fans
5: remove both wiper arms and undo the large nuts just below them
6: there are two 10mm bolts down near the electronics box (drivers side) remove these and the rack will be free (unplug it and remove)
7: the wiper rack will with a bit of persuasion drop down an come out through the blower motor hole.
