wie bekommt man die BBT Kabel Nr. 6 und 12 denn auseinander, um den Donut zu wechseln?
Muss ja ein Stecker ab, entweder der gewinkelte am Verteiler, oder der lange zur Zuendkerze. Der lange ist original nur durch Zerstoerung abnehmbar, siehe Anleitung und Bilder hier

Die gewinkelten 1kohm Stecker aus dem Nachmarkt sind meist M3/4 "Holzschrauben", die kann man leicht abschrauben, Donut drauf, Winkelstecker wieder anschrauben.

wichtig is auch die Richtung, wie der Donut aufgesteckt wird, siehe Bild oben, die "Lippen" Richtung Verteiler.
Die "Holzschrauben" Ausfuehrung als Verbindungsmittel wurde uebrigens auch von BMW verwendet.

1 Just remove the defective cable only
2 Unscrew the ignition distributor plug on the new Copper Cable (spray with Beru installation oil).
3 Drill 8 mm hole on the pulse timer (turn drill by hand).
4The ignition cable with the M3 connection can now be pushed through the pulse timer
5 Now lubricate the ignition cable with installation oil.
6 Finally, screw on the ignition distributor connector of the Copper Cable
