A good used tranny will typically run anywhere from $500 to $750. Mine was $600. If you need a diff, count on $350 to $500, and ~$400 to $475 for a driveshaft. New clutch kit ~$250, flywheel ~$75 used, machine/balance ~$100, shift linkage upgrade ~$75, clutch master & slave cyl ~$75, guibo, misc bolts, hydraulic tubing etc, add another $125. You can see it's hitting the $2000 + mark. Sell your used trans, torque converter & diff for maybe $500 ea., driveshaft, auto wood console panel, etc. Sell the TCU, trans selector switch, A/M switch on ebay & maybe recoup another $100. I got the bulk of the used components as shown in this pic for $950
