no, it will not go into limpmode, I explained that already on Bimmerforums to you, your car has no EML, see here

you can test it: Schau dir den Kickdown-Schalter an, der sitzt als Gummiblock hinterm Gaspedal, dort sollen 5 Volt sein, und wird beim drücken auf Masse geschaltet. Das kannst am Getriebe-Steuergerät Pin 2 Kabel grün/gelb Messen.
