Thanks in advance ! May I use Dextron 3 not synthetic oil ? What will happen if kick down switch not grounded of rust floor ? Will car go to limp mode ?

Doch Dexron 3 ist Vollsynthetisch. Besonders gut für die 4HP22/24, da diese eigentlich eine sehr geringe Ölmenge Beinhalten und deshalb das Öl sehr warm werden kann. Dexron 3 hat einen Flammpunkt von 240 Grad, wogegen Dexron 2 nur einen Flammpunkt bis 120 Grad hat.

no, it will not go into limpmode, I explained that already on Bimmerforums to you, your car has no EML, see here  https://www.7-forum.com/forum/showth...light=kickdown
you can test it: Schau dir den Kickdown-Schalter an, der sitzt als Gummiblock hinterm Gaspedal, dort sollen 5 Volt sein, und wird beim drücken auf Masse geschaltet. Das kannst am Getriebe-Steuergerät Pin 2 Kabel grün/gelb Messen.

Do you know what engine oil pressure should be at PSI gauge if installed to somewhere at cylinder head ?

The German repair manual from Bucheli for the E32 series has following info for the oil pressure
for the M30B30 and M30B35
oil pressure in idle 0.5-2.0 bar
oil pressure at max RPM 4.0-6.0 bar.
radial tolerance outer rotor/pump housing 0.1-0.15mm
axial play
rotor/pump housing 0.04-0.1mm
space inner/outer rotor 0.12-0.20mm
length of the over pressure spring without tension 68mm
