I have bought my car in Germany and I wonder if the "TüV" can have all the "Hauptuntersuchung" from my car? I mean from 1991, all the papers. Does anyone know if they have that and if it´s possible to get it?

I don't think the TÜV records your car data they are taking. Only if it passes the "Hauptuntersuchung" or not.
Someone in here working for the TÜV?

... but i dont know, if the data of a car are stored in a central database. maybe its only stored in the local service points.
this is also a good way to find out, if the car display shows you the right amount of driven km.
ask dekra/tüv for km-data from the last checks...
