Innenraum: Problem mit memory-sitze

The right back of the driver's seat doesn't go down, left goes down (motor works) and the whole seat is about to crack.. also the headrest doesn't go up or down, but the electronic motor works fine. Manual adjustment is possible for the headrest.

Looks like you have the socalled seat back twist, here some instructions how to shorten the cable

Headrest: pull the headrest once more out and then push it in again, it seems that the 2 brackets of the headrest are not fully set into the gear of the system.
