Hallo,

hier ein fage aus Holland in English. The sound of the bell of my PDC from the rear is not so loud, how do I increase that sound ?

You have asked already the same question in the U.K. E32 Register, but you did not get any answer.

I have my doubts that it can be increased. But... not sure, my car does not have PDC.
I assume it's just a simple "gong", without any possibility to change the loudness.

thats correct. But nobody knows the answer. The sound of the front PDC is loud the sound of the rear PDC is not loud. So i wanna know how to change the sound of the rear PDC.

can you switch the connections from front to rear PDC gong?

Maybe something wrong with the rear one.??
By switching you can check.

Or: is it only ONE gong for rear and front? And the sound is different, so that one can recognize?
Just an assumption. Really don't know the details.

why don't you ask BMW directly (customer service) they should be able to tell you.
I' m using the system since years already but have no idea, whether its a mechanic horn (then it should be easy to change) or just a sound processor.

Sorry, aber mein Englisch ist eher bescheiden, aber wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, ist im das PDC-Signal hinten nicht laut genug.

Für die PDC ist ein separater Lautsprecher neben dem Radio-Lautsprecher auf der Fahrerseite eingebaut.
Vielleicht sollte er den einfach mal gegen einen anderen tauschen.

Kann das evtl. jemand übersetzen?

wenn aber beide töne, nur in der tonlage verschieden, auf einen lautsprecher gelegt wurden, warum ist dann sein ton fürs hintere system zu leise?????

wie kommst du darauf, dass beide Signale auf den selben Lautsprecher gehen?
Da hab ich mich wohl etwas missverständlich ausgedrückt.

Meine Antwort bezog sich natürlich nur auf die hintere PDC.

Für vorne wird es wohl einen separaten Lautsprecher geben.
Leider kann ich nicht sagen, wo der sitzt, weil ich nur hinten PDC habe

In Tis i saw that there are two speakers. One for the front and one for the rear. Both have a different tone of voice. But the rear one is to soft in loudness. I'll try to change the one off the rear to the front and the one from the front to the rear. I'll let you know.
