Danke Red Dragon...I'll ohm out the sensors to make sure it is giving the right signal (open circuit). I'll then see if the "warnung" goes out by itself.

I found the problem. Ich habe das problem gefunden.
The sensor must complete the circuit and/or give a ground (-) masse. when the bremslage (pads) are low. You just can't disconnet the sensor. The Check Control Module (CCM) will still think the pads need to be replaced.
Thanks everyone for your input. If you ever need any parts for your E32 we usually have lots in the American junkyard here in Mannhiem. A E32 V12 is cuurently being parted out.

I work in Mannheim and live in Ronneburg, Germany. Not really a E32 fan but like the engine for a 30-32 Ford coupe swap in October. Lot's of technical issues to resolve first and maybe it's not feasible. Imagine a carburated BMW V-12 in a RAT ROD Coupe. Too cool. I have a 55 Bel Air and a 49 Ford F1 hot rod with V-8 (5.7 liter and 7.4 liter). I'd like to do something different for my next project. Do you think it's possible?

Possible is everything....
The issue is, that a BMW V12 has a lot more of modules and electronic components, than a V8 small- or big Block.

So you don`t need "only" mechanical knowledge, but also lots of electronic wisdom, especially about BMW systems.

But if you get it right, you will be an Expert
