Bremsen: Bremsbelage licht geht nicht aus

Sorry for not posting this in German. I'm living in Germany and have just bought a 750i with the "bremsbelage" light warning on. The pads (belage) are good and I've even disconneted the contacts at the wheels for the sensor but the warning light will not reset or go away. I hooked it to a computer code reader and it states "no codes/faults in systems"

How can I get the damn "Bremsbelage" warnung aus?

Also, I have the Alpina spoiler and und black stripes on the car. What does this mean? Was ist Alpina?

Also checked the sensor on the rear axle? Right rear only. Clean the connection. Maybe a broken wire? Use a new sensor.

I have the ALPINA spoiler and stripes on the car. Does this automatically mean that it's a real Alpina? Is there a special clear code for the Bremsbelage in the check control. I've disconnected the rear and front sensors and the light/warning is still there.

Who is the manufacturer of the car in the papers? BMW or Alpina? If it is Alpina, it´s a real Alpina.

The stripes and so are not automatically an indicator for a real alpina. A friend drives a E28 520 in fully Alpina-Style. Check the VIN or phone to Alpina.

It´s possible that the Check-Control-Modul has a malfunction. Change it for trying. It´s placed in the fuse-box left side of the car. Only pulling for disconnecting.

Danke Markus...I must go to the TUV (American inspection) on the Kaserne next week and don't want them to say anything. The pads are good but the Check control says pads are bad. Going to Hockenhiem for the NITRO OLympics Drag racing this weekend. Will take care of the check control early next week. Danke fur die information....
