Found this on ebay per accident, this could do the job? I found also an electric shop in the hood who can make al sort of printboards. So if i can give them the building scheme, they could make the timer circuit.

This thing can read high frequency but can not produce it.

-R2 12k
-R3 4,7k
-C1 330nF
-C2 100nF
-NE555P
-Transistor BC 547C

Next to R3 is a npn Transistor. The colector "C" goes to EML Speedpulse.
This thing is build for <5 euro.

I double-checked the printboard and this is how it works for me.
I thought i may have interchanged emitter and collector but i didn´t. Also checked some datasheets from different manufacturer but it´s always the same.

I also added a missing connection.


Remember: You get a Voltage from the ECU side and you have to put it to ground!

But i have to say that those small voltages and "pull-up"- and "pull-down"-resistors isn´t my world

Hi, me again.

The builder has checked the board again and following the latest scheme he thinks indeed it can work.
Only thing is that he claims that it only produces 121 hz. But if it works with you 121hz is probably enough.
