Fehlersuche bei schlechtem Radioempfang

I have an E65 745i -03 and the electronicbox that controls the radio/CD and even the display has stoped working.

Is it possible to send the broken electronicbox to some German company and get a brand new one that works for my car?
Maybe if I give them my Fahrgestellnummer and Schlüsselnummer they can program it?

Could you guys help me with this since I can not do anything with my car besides driving it.
Everything regarding the controls of the seat, powerwindows, softclose and the lights works - but the display is just dark and we all know thats wath controls almost everything else.

I have to guess the right temperature and hope its right and that bugs the hell out of me.

Any idea of what it could be?
